Bangladesh Cardiac Society (BCS) is the national organization of cardiologists and cardiac surgeons of Bangladesh, established on 5 January 1984 under the visionary leadership of Professor Brig. (Rtd.) Abdul Malik.

With over 600 members nationwide, BCS is dedicated to improving cardiac care facilities, organizing prevention campaigns, developing skilled personnel, and maintaining standards of cardiovascular healthcare throughout the country.

Bangladesh Cardiac Society, the national Organization of the Cardiologists and Cardiac Surgeons of Bangladesh was formed on 5th January 1984 under the leadership of Professor Brig. (Rtd.) Abdul Malik with the commitment of improving cardiac care facilities in the country.

Our society is dedicated to organizing campaigns for prevention of cardiovascular diseases in Bangladesh, developing skilled healthcare personnel in the field of cardiovascular care, and maintaining the highest standards of cardiovascular healthcare system in the country.

All qualified cardiologists and cardiac surgeons are eligible to become members of our society. Currently, we have more than 600 active members contributing to the advancement of cardiac care in Bangladesh.
